MIRI: Le Chateau, a new restaurant with elegantly designed interior to make it the lifestyle destination of fine dining here, had its opening yesterday (23 May).

It is located on the ground floor (below the Excapade restaurant) at Taman Selera in Tanjung Lobang.

This beautiful seafront restaurant nestled in a casual setting presents a dining experience featuring the freshest and finest ingredients from Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Norway. Vegetarian cuisines are served here as well.

The restaurant offers western cuisine, seafood and desserts. In addition, a wide selection of beverage is also available, including branded liquor and wines from renowned Australian and French vineyards.

The two signature dishes at Le Chateau are ‘Tournedos Le Chateau’ consisting of char-broiled Japanese Wagyu fillet and Angus Beef tenderloin consisting of broiled ‘Marble-4’ grade beef, enhanced crisp crouton, home-made mashed potato, sauté Dutch mushroom floret, served with cilantro cream sauce.

Patrons can enjoy innovative and exclusive culinary delights either indoors amid a modern, stylish setting with Belian walls, carpeted floor and air conditioning, or outdoors with breath-taking views of the sea or stunning sunset at the large open-air patio while breathing in the crisp ocean breezes.

And what better way to enjoy the sights than with a few drinks too, either sipping a great cup of freshly brewed coffee or French wine or liquor. Patrons may get too see dolphins jumping in the sea right in front of them.
