Bomba personnel work to extricate the trapped victims.
BINTULU: A man was killed after his car crashed into a tree along Jalan Tanjung Kidurong on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Moh Woon Chai, aged 56.
Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) personnel were dispatched to the scene following a distress call at 6.12pm.
Upon arrival, they proceeded to extricate Moh and an injured female passenger from the wrecked car, with the latter subsequently transported to Bintulu Hospital for treatment.
Moh was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel, and his body sent to the same hospital for a post-mortem.
