MIRI: The body of a foreigner was found at a plantation near Subis here on Wednesday at about 12.25pm.
Miri district police chief, ACP Lim Meng Seah, said the body was found at Block 9501 of Ladang Subis 3.
“The deceased, 39, worked at a cow farm,” Lim disclosed, adding that the former had been reported missing since Tuesday (July 31). Lim said the estate manager had gone to Batu Niah Police Station to lodge a report over the missing worker.
“The body had been sent to Miri Hospital mortuary for a post-mortem to be held today (Aug 3),” he added.
