KUCHING: BMK Developments Sdn Bhd is now offering workspaces for rent by any individual, company or organisation at Wisma Bukit Mata here.
A BMK Developments representative told reporters yesterday that all they need to do is pay one single price for everything related to the workspace, which is inclusive of a fully-furnished office, Wifi, phones and a staffed
reception.
“For consumables such as copies and call, those who rent the workspace offered by BMK Developments at Wisma Bukit Mata can pay them separately. Those who rent these workspaces will also have access to a printer, scanner and photocopier,” added the representative.
The area of the workspace is from 80 square feet to 224 square feet with rental ranging from RM1,000 to RM1,800 a month which comes with office cleaning and maintenance services as well.
