JCI hopes more locals join Run for Care 2.0, ‘Go Bald’ campaign today

SARIKEI: Junior Chamber International (JCI) Mandarin Repok Sarikei hopes more locals sign up for the “Go Bald ‘campaign alongside a charity run, ‘Run for Care 2.0’ today.

Its main objective is to raise fund for children with cancer and encourage people to translate their sense of love and care for one another into action, JCI Mandarin Repok president Stella Law
said.

It is also aimed at heightening the spirit and courage of the cancer children to enable them to live their lives to the fullest.

According to Stella, to date, nine people including women and children have registered for the “Go Bald” project.

“I really hope more people turn up today for the noble cause. ‘Go Bald’ will be carried out immediately after the flag-off for ‘Run For Care 2.0’ at 6 am,” she said.
