PUTRAJAYA: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, was today called for the third time by  the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to give her statement.

She arrived at the MACC headquarters here at about 10.45 am.

The first time she was called by MACC was last June 5 to record her statement in connection with the commission’s investigation in a case involving  SRC International Sdn Bhd, which was a subsidiary of 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) until it was placed under the Finance Ministry in 2012.

On Sept 26, Rosmah was called again by MACC, which took nearly 13 hours to record her statement.

According to news reports, Rosmah is expected to be charged with more than 20 charges, mostly for money laundering. – Bernama
