Over 200 villagers in Ulu Tinjar join PBB

A representative from the four villages hands over the PBB membership application forms to Dennis (fifth left).

MIRI: Two hundred and seven individuals  from four villages in Apau Nyaring – namely Long Sengong, Long Buken, Long Puah and Long Liau; all from Ulu Tinjar – applied to join Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Telang Usan branch recently.

Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau, who is also PBB Telang Usan chairman, said he had received application forms.

He also called upon the people of Telang Usan to continue to work with the Sarawak-based party to ensure that their rights would be protected.

Dennis said only local political parties would know the needs of Sarawakians, and they would understand the local scenarios and difficultie
