KUCHING: The Sarawak Premier League team got off to encouraging start in the pre-season friendlies when they blanked Premier League team Selangor United 2-0 at Wisma FAM in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.
Strikers Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahim and Muamer were the scorers.
Head coach Mohd Farhan Abdullah, while pleased with the performance, was quick to point out there was still much room for improvement.
“There are certain weaknesses that we have to overcome in all positions. We can accept if this not a convincing result in the first of the friendlies because the team is still new.
“As such, they need to show improvement in the coming two friendly matches,” he said.
The Crocs are up against PDRM (Jan 19) and Super League side Melaka United (Jan 21).
