Naim’s CNY open house tomorrow

MIRI: Members of the public are cordially invited to come and join Naim’s Chinese New Year open house on Saturday, 27 February 2010 at the Alyssa show house in Desa Pujut 2, Bandar Baru Permyjaya.

Naim’s sales manager, Alice Ting, said this annual auspicious event aims to gather residents from within the township and members of the public at large to come together to join this merry making activity in view of the festive mood that is still in the air.
All guests are welcome to join in starting from 9.30 am onwards, where refreshments will be served followed by a lion dance by the Miri Wushu Association.
Furthermore, there are special appearances by the God of Wealth and a pair of ‘golden tigers’. There will also be a lucky treat for kids while melodious Chinese New Year songs will fill the air.
In conjunction with this celebration, the company would also like to remind prospective house buyers that its ‘Ang Pow Promotion’ is valid until March 8 2010.
Naim is offering free legal fees on the sale and purchase agreement and special cash rebates for selected properties in Bandar Baru Permyjaya namely the Desa Pujut shop houses, the Abelia single storey semi-detached, Clematis double storey terrace and Alphinia double storey semi-detached houses.
