Rider collides into woman, knocks himself out

SIBU: A woman was seriously hurt after she was knocked down by a rider at Emplam Lane yesterday morning.
MORNING ACCIDENT: The rider lying by the roadside before the arrival of ambulance.
The incident took place at 11am when the victim was walking home from town.
The 17-year-old rider, believed to be under the influence of alcohol, fell from his machine and was knocked unconscious.
He was sent to Sibu hospital for treatment along with the woman victim.
