Public speaking battle to find the best in oratory

SIBU: The battle of public speaking here is set to showcase some of the finest oratory skills among the contestants here.
The Area E3 Toastmasters International Speech and Table Topics Contest 2010 at Level 7, Wisma Huawen Du Zhong (Sibu Specialist Medical Centre) will start at 1pm and ends 5.30pm today.
The contest is divided into two sessions – manual speech and table topics.
Manual speech refers to prepared speech while table topic is an impromptu speech.
The contest will be carried out in English and Mandarin respectively.
It is open to the public and entry is free.
