Member of Kenshido Millionaire Club Murali Darvin said Score A i-Teacher allows parents and students to log into the website to do assessments that were created according to the Education Ministry’s standards and the Malaysian syllabus.

It enables students to learn through comprehensive subject contents with graphics and pictures, as well as online learning tools such as avatars for speech feedback on questions posed by students, power point presentations, animations, and interactive assessments.

The e-learning programme encompasses all subjects in Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR), Penilaian Sekolah Menengah (PMR) and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).

Murali said that many students who used the portal successfully scored straight As in their examinations.

“When we look at the statistics for the past 10 years, straight A students are still at 10 per cent level because students are still using traditional method, that is book.

“Now we are creating the learning excitement to students by using the online learning, and our programme has lots of graphic elements which made the students eager to learn,” he said, adding that the programme was developed by Prof Hanafi Atan from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).

Instead of parents pushing their children to study, children would have the initiative to study online, he said in an interview.

He added that a test on 30 PMR students at Sekolah Menengah Tobobon in Menggatal resulted in 10 straight A students.

Murali also warned consumers of similar products in the market, saying that products without complete learning tools would hinder the learning of students.

The company was established in 1999 and since then has  guided close to half a million students nationwide.

Currently, it has a branch in Lintas Square, Kota Kinabalu and Keningau and has over 10,000 students registered in the State.

“We are the pioneer in e-learning. We have over 1,000 testimonies from children who obtained straight As in their examinations,” he stressed.

Also present at the interview were Kenshido senior manager of Market Research Department Romeyzee Zainuddin, senior manager of Business Development Badli Shah Mustafa and Zulqurnain Yusof.
