Education and jobs fair at 1Borneo

KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Education and Jobs Fair will be held at 1Borneo Hypermall on July 31-August 1.About 40 leading local educational institutions and more than 60 representatives from colleges and universities will be on hand to provide advice for students and their families on courses and careers at the fair.
Visitors can ask about admissions and qualifications for entry to the colleges and universities as well as making comparison of courses and institutions.
The event’s partner, Jobs Malaysia will be offering job vacancies ranging from clerical to executives to job seekers.
Some 20 other companies will take part in the two-day fair that are likely to offer 2,000 job vacancies to Sabahans.
Assistant Resource Development and Information Technology Minister Datuk Jainab Ahmad Ayid is expected to officiate at the fair on the first day at 2pm.
