Country View Estate showhouse open for viewing

KUCHING: Tedfar Development Sdn Bhd (Tedfar Development) is inviting the public to visit its Country View Estate showhouse from today (August 28) until August 31, 2010, from 9.30am to 5pm.

The housing development is located behind the Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) office at Mile 11.
The Country View Estate development is divided into three phases of development, namely the single-storey terrace, the single-storey semi-detached and also the double- storey terrace, which are built on solid ground.
The location of the housing estate is just a few minutes’ drive from Kota Padawan and Kota Sentosa Commercial Centre, banks, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Penrissen, Chung Hua Batu 10 primary school, kindergarten and the Mile 10 wet market.
The developer utilises modern styles of architecture which is highly suitable for the modern generation of homeowners.
The houses are built with high ceilings to encourage good ventilation. As such, this also ensures that the homes will have adequate sunlight to encourage sufficient lighting for the houses.

Meanwhile, Tedfar Development’s sister company, Tedfar Realty Sdn Bhd (Tedfar Realty) is developing 16 units of three-storey shophouses, with a leasehold of 99 years at Jalan Muara Tuang.
With a population of over 20,000 within a five-kilometre radius, the shophouses offer bright prospects for businesses to grow in the future.
The shophouses are scheduled to be completed by end of the year.
Besides the shophouses, Tedfar Realty is also developing Taman Uni Media and Beautiful Garden Phase Two.
Taman Uni Media is located along the Kuching-Samarahan expressway, which is just opposite the new entrance of Unimas.
The development’s occupational permits have already been issued.
