Meanwhile BIE said the Kids Network 2010 is set to be Sarawak’s Biggest event for children.

It will be the second time to be held here.

In 2008, it recorded 13,000 visitors.

The event is scheduled to see 106 booths set up by various companies to expose their brands and products under one roof.

Some 1,000 goodies bags each containing products of more than 10 other sponsors for the Kids’ Network are up for grabs during the three-day exhibition.

Goh disclosed that 40 per cent of the 106 designated booths had already been taken up so far.

“We aim at providing better understanding to our children’s needs besides focusing on young married couples, parents, grandparents and guardians to offer them enhanced information on best products and services,” Goh said.

She believed that Kids’ Network was the ‘perfect avenue’ for brands specialising in products and services from conceiving, birth to toddler hood.

The organiser is thus be able to group the players in the fast growing and expanding child-related industry under one roof, she added.
