At a press conference here yesterday, Mayor James Chan urged Kuchingites and their families to celebrate the occasion together with MBKS.
“It is a festival for everyone, the family and the community to come to have fun and enjoy the food,” said Chan.
As for the 2010 Kuching Festival, he said it is to be held from tomorrow until Aug 22 at Dewan Masyarakat Padungan from 5.30pm to 11pm daily.
