MMA 2011 calls for entries

KUALA LUMPUR: Entering its seventh year, the much anticipated Media Specialists Association (MSA)’s Malaysian Media Awards (MMA) is back once again this year to recognise, applaud and celebrate the strategic brilliance, innovation and outstanding results of media campaigns within the industry.

The MMA 2011 is calling for your entries by May 20, 2011. This year, the total categories are the same as 2010 with 12 categories which include Best Use of Television, Best Use of Newspapers, Best Use of Magazines, Best Use of Radio, Best Use of Digital (online/interactive/mobile).

Others include Best Use of Digital Search, Best Use of Sponsorship, Best Use of Out of Home Media, Best Use of Point of Sale, Best Use of Branded Content on TV, Best Use of a Small Budget (under RM100,000) – excluding digital and Best Integrated Media Campaign.

All media solutions submitted must have been implemented for the first time between January 1 and December 31, 2010.

All entries must be submitted online using the form on www.mymsa.org/mma2011 and supported by sending it in on a compact disc also.

The Media Specialists Association’s Malaysian Media Awards 2011 ceremony will be held on July 1 at the One World Hotel, Bandar Utama in Petaling Jaya.
