SIBU: Police arrested two young men for suspected motorcycle thefts in two separate raids.
A police team led by Chief Inspector Herman Rakey detained one suspect at a hotel in Central Road on Monday while the other was arrested at Kpg Jeriah on Wednesday.
The two suspects are in their 20s.
The suspect who was arrested in Central Road was also tested positive for drugs and had admitted to breaking into a house. Police seized a stolen motorcycle from him upon his arrest.
They also seized a motorcycle and spare parts from the other suspect.
All the stolen properties are currently at the Sibu Central Police Station.
