KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia is offering flights to various destinations within Asean and Malaysia at a discount rate to celebrate Asean Day on Aug 8.
Its Regional Head of Commercial Kathleen Tan said: “From the metropolitan city of Singapore to the ancient temple of Borobudur, the Asean region has a plethora of wonderful destinations for visitors and travellers alike.
“As an Asean airline, what better way for us to celebrate Asean day and at the same time, treat our guests with special discounts through our extensive network within the region.”
In a statement yesterday, AirAsia said the booking period is from Aug 8-14, 2011, with the travel period from Jan 3 -Feb 28, 2012.
