BENEFICIAL EVENT: Some of the 80 members take a group photo before proceeding to the breaking of fast session.
MIRI: Some 80 members from various photography and car enthusiasts groups joined a breaking fast session at a local restaurant here recently.
They represented various clubs here including Miri One Lens Society, JDM Seiketsu, Oiltown Classic Car Club and Clover.
The event was organised by PGX Virtual Community, a virtual community in the city.
According to the organising spokesperson, the event was aimed at maintaining the relationship between car enthusiasts and photographers here.
It also provided an opportunity to share ideas on their hobby and and future activities.
“The breaking of fast was the 4th event this year organised by us since 2008. Due to the good response from members, this event has been organised annually.
“We hope this event will also help create helpful and caring youths and
prevent them from being involved in unhealthy activities,” added the spokesperson.
