PETALING JAYA: A housewife’s urge to bet on a set of numbers from a stack of old 4D tickets she found while cleaning a wardrobe has made her RM7.9 million richer, The Star reports.
The Penang woman, in her 40s, placed a Toto 4D Jackpot bet on 12 sets of 4D numbers using System Play 12, which created 66 pairs of 4D numbers.
One of the pairs, ‘2120 and 6291’, won the first prize of the Toto 4D Jackpot last Saturday, totalling RM7.9 million.
According to a press release by Sports Toto Malaysia yesterday, the woman has no plans for her newfound fortune, saying she “still can’t think clearly at the moment”.
