BINTULU: Paling Construction Sdn Bhd (Paling), a dynamic and progressive construction and property development company based in Bintulu, plans to showcase some of its prime properties during the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association’s (Sheda) ‘Home and Property Roadshow 2011’.

The company’s core business activities have included the provision of a wide range of services in real estate development, building construction and civil engineering works – both for the public and private sectors.
“We commenced our business operations in 1980 and for more than three decades, we have strived to deliver quality and value-added products as well as services to our clients and customers within the designated time and quality,” said its marketing officer Sim Siang Kiang to The Borneo Post.
“Needless to say, our achievement and successes today are largely attributed to the expertise and experience of our team of qualified professionals who provide unfailing support to our loyal customers and clients,” he added.

VIABLE ASSETS: Paling will be showcasing its Sibu- and Bintulu-sited property projects such as the Garden 88 Garden 88 double-storey terraced units, as shown in the perspective.
As such, the coming Sheda ‘Home and Property Roadshow 2011’ would be a viable avenue for Paling – of which the company would be participating in as one of the roadshow’s exhibitors – to showcase its latest offerings.
Beginning from today until October 13, the Sheda-organised property and housing roadshow would be held at the Millennium Ballroom of ParkCity Everly Hotel from 9am to 9.30pm daily.
Taking Booth No 11, Paling would be focusing on promoting its Sibu- and Bintulu-sited projects such as the Garden 88 Bintulu and RPR Sibiyu 4 in Bintulu, as well as the Taman Seri Mewah in Sibu.
