KUCHING: Muslims and non-Muslims alike are reminded not to believe in the teachings propagated by Obedient

Wives Club (OWC) in their recently published explicit sex book.

Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Office (Islamic Affairs), Datuk Daud Abdul Rahman, said the club was a small group of women who were only trying to mislead the people.

“We hope that Muslim women would not listen to the OWC teachings because what they preach is not true.

“We hope they do not believe in it and that non-Muslims do not believe that the teaching is a part of the religion (Islam),” said
Daud when met after the distribution of donation by Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak (TBS) yesterday.

He was asked to comment on the book entitled ‘Islamic Sex, Fighting Jews to Return Islamic Sex to the World’.

The explicit book aims to guide Muslim brides on ways to please their husbands in bed.

When asked if the book has reached Sarawak’s shores, Daud said that he had yet to see the book here.

“They can distribute the book as it is not banned.

“We can’t stop them because there is no directive to do so by the ministry.

“At the moment, we don’t see people reading the book here.”
