SIBU: A public tip-off led police to arrest 12 men for involvement in a fight at Suarah Road on Friday night.
When police rushed to the scene at about 11.30pm, the 12 men, in groups of five and seven, were about to charge at each other.
When they saw the men in blue, they scattered but the policemen managed to
grab hold of two of them and seized three cars and a cockspur.
The two led police to arrest the other 10 men in town a few hours after the incident.
It was believed that the incident was sparked by matters pertaining to money and women.
