Raffles Hospital exchanges MoU with MCCCI

MIRI:Raffles Hospital,Singapore and Miri Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCCI) will continue to work together to serve their members and full-time employees.

“We agree to provide a range of services to members of the chamber and all its full-time employees,” pledged the hospital’s specialist cardiologist, Dr Alvin Ng Chee Keong.

He announced this at the `Memorandum of Understanding’ (MoU) signing ceremony at the chamber’s office here yesterday.

The event saw Dr Ng handing over the memorandum to MCCCI’s chairman, Sim Hock Guan.

The MoU offers a discount rate of 10 per cent on consultation fees at Raffles Specialist Centre and room rates (inpatient) atRafflesHospital.

Furthermore, 10 per cent discount rates are also given for health check-ups, special packages at the hospital in addition to regular-priced Raffles health supplements and Raffles kids supplements

“MCCCI members and full-time employees will be notified for a complimentary consultation withRafflesHospitaldoctors during their visit toMalaysia,” Dr Ng added.

Sim, on behalf of the chamber, thanked the hospital for its generous offer, saying, “We are thankful to the hospital and we hope to work together for a fruitful symbiotic relationship for mutual benefit.”
