KUCHING: Kuching Melanau Association will be holding a seminar on ‘Entrepreneurship and Career Development’ at Dewan Asajaya, Hotel Grand Margherita, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman this Saturday, Dec 17.
Around 300 participants from Melanau Associations from Kuching, Sibu, Sarikei, Miri, Bintulu, Daro, Mukah and Limbang are expected to attend.
During the event, there will be incentive awards presentation to members’ children who excelled in the Ujian Pencapain Sekolah Rendah (UPSR), Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR), Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) examinations.
Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Office Datu Len Talif Salleh, who is also the president of Kuching Melanau Association, will be officiating at the event.
