KUCHING: Coramax Sdn Bhd’s (Coramax) pre-launch sale of the ‘Jazz Suites’ along Jalan Wan Alwi, Kuching has met with good response with more than 100 units reserved by purchasers within two months.
According to a press release, the Jazz Suites consisted of six 12-storey tower blocks with 672 units of condominium suites equipped with the state of the art facilities, including two swimming pools, gymnasium, steam rooms, lounge, reading room, jogging track and many others.
Residents of the Jazz Suites would be able to shop and be entertained at the commercial centre beneath it, the ‘ViVaCiTy’ of which the details had yet to be unveiled by Coramax.
Along with the approval of the project, Coramax would be given a task of upgrading the roads which would include the creation of a round-about along Jalan Wan Alwi to facilitate movement of residents from Tabuan Jaya.
It would enable users to make a turn back to Tabuan Jaya without queuing at the Simpang Tiga round-about.
Another exit for Jalan Wan Alwi would also be created through to Jalan Tun Razak with the completion of Soho 188 project, which was expected to be completed by mid year.
