UCSI University awards trio with ‘Best Achievers Awards’

KUCHING: Loh Chen Lam, Sheryl Lo Sze Sze and Chua Zhi Wei were awarded ‘Best Achievers Awards’ while Fakhrul Ariffin was awarded the ‘Best Improvement Award’ during UCSI University’s ‘A’-Level annual graduation and award day held at its Sarawak campus recently.

The overall graduation ceremony was managed by UCSI University’s ‘A’-Level students with guidance from the staff. The chief operating officer of Sarawak campus, Lu Huong Ying congratulated the ‘A’-Level students for the well-organised event that had showcased the students’ capabilities beyond doing well academically.

Ever since UCSI University offers its ‘A’-Levels in year 2002, the university has produced over hundreds of alumni pursuing their degree programmes at local universities as well as universities all over the world which include universities in United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries.

The quality of London Examination ‘A’-Levels offered at UCSI University is assured as the lecturers attend workshops organised by Edexcel regularly and participate in online
forums to continuously
improve teaching their subject areas.

Students are given personalised attention by the ‘A’-Levels’ innovative, resourceful and dedicated lecturers. Lecturers regularly conduct remedial classes on a one-to-one basis to assist students who are weak in their studies.

UCSI University’s ‘A’-Level programme has an excellent record with a high percentage of passing rate where most of the students passed with flying colours.
