KUCHING: Borneo Development Corporation (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd (BDC) will showcase their current residential projects in the upcoming Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developer Association (Sheda) roadshow from February 17 to 19 at Boulevard Shopping Mall.
According to a press release, BDC is promoting its current projects at Taman Stakan Jaya, Stakan Junction, Woodlands 4 and the upcoming project at Lot 485, near Unimas.
The Woodlands 4 at Jalan Stutong is a preferred location with only one corner unit of single storey terrace reserved for Bumiputera buyers it as one of its best selling projects.
Taman Stakan Jaya would be another choice for buyers who preferred to own a place in a quiet and serene ambiance. The project can be accessed through Jalan Stakan 7th Mile via the new Stakan Bridge or Jalan Muara Tuang.
There would be seven units of single storey terrace and 16 units of double storey terrace available with a price ranging from RM188,000 and RM328,800 respectively. The double storey terrace would be a fine selection for buyers who fancy a large space,with the width of eight metres.
For buyers who are interested to own a commercial unit, BDC will also be promoting Stakan Junction which comprise 16 units of three storey shophouses located at Jalan Muara Tuang. The units will be priced from RM750,000 onwards.
The 26 units of houses at Lot 485, which will be known as Taman Uni-Alam near Unimas are reserved for Bumiputra buyers only.
