KOTA KINABALU: Leading publisher Oxford Fajar Sdn Bhd partnered with University Book Store Malaysia (UBSM) to open an academic showroom in Kota Kinabalu.
The first of its kind in Sabah, the showroom was launched by Tourism, Culture and Environment MinisterDatuk Haji Masidi Manjun, who is also the state education exco, yesterday.
A comprehensive range of titles across all levels of study, from pre-school readers to higher education reference and textbook titles, are available at the showroom.
Among others, this includes a complete range of favourite Oxford Reading Tree series that inculcate a lifelong love of reading; an extensive range of International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) targeted books; as well as a wide selection of English Language Teaching publications from teacher resource books to textbooks and student workbooks.
A full range of Oxford University Press and Oxford Fajar dictionaries are also available to enable selection of the most appropriate dictionary for a particular need or level.
Oxford Fajar was set up in Malaysia in 1957 and is a subsidiary of Oxford University Press.
