PUTRAJAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek is confident that two million youths will gather in Putrajaya for the five-day Million Youths Assembly which began yesterday.
Some 500 programemes have been line up in conjunction with the event.
Ahmad Shabery said he hoped youths in the country would fill Putrajaya with their creativity during the assembly period.
“The assembly this evening will see almost 10,000 scouts and other uniformed associations camping here,” he told reporters here Thursday. –Bernama
