PUTRAJAYA: Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin yesterday received courtesy calls from three Malaysian ambassador and three high commissioner appointees at his office, here.
They were Datuk Nik Mustafa Kamal Nik Ahmad, 57, Ambassador to Romania, Datuk Jamaluddin Sabeh, 57, Ambassador to Poland and Mohd Zulkephli Mohd Noor, 54, Ambassador to Turkmenistan.
The High Commissioners were Rosmidah Zahid, 58 (New Zealand), Dr Hasrul Sani Mujtabar, 55 (Pakistan) and Norlin Othman, 54 (Bangladesh).
On June 25, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah presented the instruments of appointment to them in a ceremony at Istana Negara. — Bernama
