TOTAL WRECK: The SUV and the Proton Iswara at the scene of the accident yesterday.
KUCHING: A mother and her daughter were miraculously unharmed when their Proton Iswara car was rammed and completely flattened by a sport utility vehicle (SUV) which had lost control and swerved to the opposite lane at the 3rd Mile flyover about 10am yesterday.
The SUV was heading from Rock Road to Penrissen Road when the accident happened.
The 44-year-old mother suffered back pains while the 46-year-old SUV driver only sustained minor injuries on his right elbow.
The accident happened during a heavy downpour.
