BINTULU: Perkim Bintulu will be organising several activities in conjunction with the Ramadan month.
It will be partnering with KFC Medan Jaya to donate food to orphans of SK Kpg Baru and SK Bintulu, said its chairperson Dora Abdul Rahman.
The handover ceremony will be held at 3pm on Aug 3.
Meanwhile, the Women’s Development and Family Council Bintulu will organise a breaking of fast ceremony at Surau Kpg Kuala Segan on Aug 4.
Perkim Bintulu will also organise a ‘Safari Ramadan’ programme in collaboration with Bintulu Islamic Religious Department at Surau Kpg Jabai at 6.30pm on Aug 5.
Finally, Bintulu Islamic Charitable Trust Board (Lakib) chairman Datuk Talib Zulpilip will be presenting donations to widows at Surau Assyakirin (Phase 1) at 8am on Aug 11, said Dora.
