MIRI: A total of 18 contestants qualified for the semi-finals of the Star Beauty Search 3, 2012 to be held on Aug 24 at The Imperial Mall here.
The preliminary rounds held at Boulevard Shopping Mall here on Aug 5 saw 27 contestants take part with 18 selected to proceed to the next round.
They were Kimberly Lim, Yvonne Koh, Ivy Yong, Liew Xin Cen, Debra Robert, Mictty Yong, Gven Muja George, Adelyn Lee, Emily Cheng, Kong Ying Ying, Kimberly Eileen Jawan, Amanda Huo, Alrine Jong, Crissy Anderson, Yee Yoke Ching, Sharon Yong, Natasha Lau and Wong Ko Sing.
The beauty search is jointly organised by The Imperial Mall, Ad Jeans and YFS Concept Store and co-organised by Boulevard Shopping Mall (Kuching and Miri) and Wedding Couture on a grander scale compared to its inaugural edition three years ago.
This edition also sees the total prize value increase to RM90,000.
From these 18 contestants who were selected, 10 will be selected for the grand finale at The Imperial Mall concourse area on Aug 26 at 7pm.
The semi-finals will held at The Imperial Mall on Aug 24.
