BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The special needs section under the Community Development Department (JAPEM), Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports yesterday during a presentation ceremony, received a total of seven wheelchairs from Syarikat Jurutera OMC and Syarikat Malabau Utama, Borneo Bulletin reported.
Of the seven wheelchairs; five came from Syarikat Jurutera OMC, while the other two were donated by Syarikat Malabau Utama.
Handing over the wheelchairs on behalf of Syarikat Jurutera OMC was Dayang Aiti Anisah binti Hj Osman, and from Syarikat Malabu Utama was Dayangku Siti Nurul Azirah binti Pengiran Abdul Rahman. The contributions were received by Datin Paduka Hajah Adina binti Hj Othman, the Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.
Also present at the ceremony were officials from JAPEM.
