Six injured in dawn crash

KOTA KINABALU: Six people, including a woman, were injured after the vehicle they were travelling in was involved in a collision with another vehicle at Foh Sang Road, Luyang early yesterday.

It is believed that the six, in their 20s and 30s, were traveling in a Perodua Viva car when the driver lost control of the vehicle and rammed into a Toyota Prado that was driven by an elderly man around 5am.

It is said that the Perodua Viva car was heading towards Bukit Padang from the city centre while the Toyota Prado vehicle was bound for Damai from Foh Sang.

The victims were all taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital II for outpatient.

A police team was at the scene to carry out investigation.
