KUCHING: SEGi College Sarawak is determined to educate more computer experts for industries through its Diploma in Computer Studies.

A press statement said having additional skills in computer operation is an added advantage to any individual and adds value to an organisation.

Employees with more advanced knowledge of systems and additional computer skills are currently in high demand, mostly due to the increased automation and computerised systems adopted by organisations in their daily operations.

SEGi lecturers are fully equipped with industrial background and knowledge to lead students in the classroom as well as computer laboratory.

The programme is recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

“We also offer financial assistance by way of study loans and scholarships for high achievers in SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) and STPM (Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia),” said SEGi College Sarawak principal Elina Tiu.
