KLMUC, CiCT hold convocation ceremony

PUTRAJAYA: Over 1,000 students from the Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College (KLMUC) and Cosmopoint College of Technlogy (CiCT) came forward to receive their graduation certificates at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre.

The convocation ceremony of KLMUC and CiCT was attended mainly by educationists, dignitaries, graduating students and their proud parents.

During the ceremony, KLMUC’s Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahman conferred Diplomas to KLMUC and CiCt graduates. Meanwhile executive officer of Cosmopoint Sdn Bhd Hizwani Hassan was also present to confer Bachelor Degrees on KLMUC graduates.

Special awards was also given to outstanding graduates under the Deans and Vice Chancellor Awards To KLMUC graduates with the highest CGPA. Nonetheless, The Graduan Bestari Award was presented to Cosmopoint graduates with the highest CGPA.

Cosmopoint was first established in the early 1990s to provide affordable quality and accessible higher education through the institution’s 11 neighbourhood centres which are located nationwide.

The institution provides practical learning experience that reflects the ‘real world’ working environment, with modernized facilities and on-the-job training programme to produce marketable graduates.

Currently , the institution offers a wide range of programmes under seven industry specific faculties such as Languages & Communication, Health Sciences, Built Environment, Hospitality & Tourism, Business & Management, IT & Engineering as well as Art & Design.
