KUCHING: Jimisar Corporation Sdn Bhd (Jimisar Corporation) has launched the long awaited All-New CR-V 2.4L to fulfill market demands following customer feedback for a higher performance variant of the All-New CR-V.
The introduction of this high performance Comfortable Runabout Vehicle (CR-V) is part of Honda’s effort in responding to the good market acceptance of its 2.0L model, which has recorded more than 6,100 units in bookings.
The booking achievement of the All-New CR-V 2.0L accounted for 87 per cent of the 7,000 units sales target set in March.
Managing director of Jimisar, Mariana Dato’ Ismail said since the first month of launching of the 2.0L CR-V, nearly 100 units were sold by their dealership.
She anticipated even better response for the CRV 2.4L version as the new variant appeals to the current market demand for performance and premium features. At the moment, the all-new CR-V 2.4L has received over 20 units of bookings prior to the launch.
The All-New CR-V 2.4L marks a higher level of power and premium touches with its bold appearance, practicality, safety, class-leading spaciousness and fuel efficiency. This model will confidently boost Honda sales figure and is expected to retain its top position in the SUV market segment
