SIBU: Some 30 participants took part in the badminton competition jointly organised by KTS and See Hua at SMK Sacred Heart school hall here recently.
Organising chairperson Anna Wong said the competition is one of the many activities lined up in conjunction with ‘KTS Sports Carnival 2013’.
“The badminton competition participants are from KTS, See Hua and Foodland,” she said when met at SMK Sacred Heart School hall.
She also said the sports carnival is aimed at further strengthening relationship among all the staff at all levels.
“Apart from that, it also encourages all staff to practise healthy lifestyle to keep fit and healthy in both mind and body through sports and recreational activities.
“With healthy mind and body, they will become more productive both at the workplace and at home,” she noted.
Besides badminton, Anna said they will also organise table tennis and football competitions as well as telematch.
The ‘KTS Sports Carnival 2013’ runs from July 14 to October 26.
