KOTA KINABALU: Never forget the needy while we are busy celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri, said Minister of Community Development and Consumer Affairs Sabah Datuk Hjh Jainab Ahmad Ayid, adding that it applied not only to the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration but to other celebrations as well.
“We share our happiness with them by bringing joy to them and inviting them to celebrate Hari Raya,” said Jainab during the Oceanus Aldilfitri celebration at Waterfront here, yesterday.
Jainab also presented the contribution by Waterfront Urban Development Sdn Bhd of RM8,000 to Sembulan Rumah Anak Kesayangan.
Also at the event were Waterfront Urban Development Sdn Bhd chairman Datuk Abdul Ghani Abdul Rashid and City Hall Mayor Datuk Abidin Madingkir.
