KUCHING: Bakti Dinamik Sdn Bhd (Bakti Dinamik), a member of the Low Yat Group has come up with a new urban living complex called Tribeca which will offer new luxury urban living in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

Named after a neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, the project is designed with elements of a neighbourhood within a building that is equiped for hotel style living. Tribeca is an exclusive 38 storey residential tower at the KL golden triangle area.

The project boasts 318 studios, suites and lofts ranging from 47.4 square metres (sqm) to 127 sqm with a huge capital appreciation potential for any would be investor.

Among key features of the hospitality suites are the two rooftop infinity pools and five distinctively different sky pods which work as common areas scattered around the building. The pods will each occupy three storeys with different themes ranging from jungle, for the children to the Chi Pod with its own Zen Garden and meditation area.

Tribeca’s location is only 15 minutes walk away from the Kuala Lumpur city center and five minutes away from Pavillion Shopping mall and Bintang Walk making it smack in the middle of the city. It was also slated to be accesible via the proposed My Rapid Transit stations in Bukit Bintang and Pasar Rakyat.

The 36 storey development is targeted to be launched in the last quarter of the year with completion date expected to be in three years.

Despite the urge to aim for the top niche, the project is focusing more on sustainable investment with small units selling better than larger units. For the studio and suites in Tribeca, it is expected to be priced between RM950,000 to RM1.5 million while the loft units are in the range of RM2.4 million to RM3 million.

For more information for the project, there will be an exclusive event at Petra 2 Room at Pullman Hotel Kuching on September 14 and 15, 2013. The event will start from 10am till 7pm.
