KUCHING: St Mary’s Alumni (SMA) will be organising a ‘glamorous fun-filled’ reunion dinner complete with live band entertainment on Oct 26 at Grand Margherita Hotel.
The dinner starts at 6.30pm and is meant for all Marians and their friends.
According to president of the St Mary’s Alumni Datin Evelyn Ritikos, the reunion dinner is to raise funds for the benefit of both primary and secondary students.
Monetary incentives are given yearly to encourage students to excel in academic performance, she explained.
Besides that, it is held in conjunction with 165th anniversary of St Mary’s school celebration.
The patron for the event is wife of Deputy Chief Minister, Dato Sri Empiang Jabu, who is also a Marian.
Each dinner ticket is priced at RM100 and obtainable at SMK St Mary during school hours from 8am to 1.30pm.
