MIRI: The Canada Hill Trail Running Challenge to vie for the Dato Sebastian Ting Challenge Cup is back and will be held next Sunday by the Bulatan Park runners.
The run will commence at 3pm and Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP), Piasau branch chairman Datuk Sebastian Ting is expected to officiate at the event.
Like the previous year, the event requires participants to run through the Canada Hill jungle trail.
The competition will be divided into five categories namely Boys Junior (12 to 18 years old), Girls Junior (12-18 years old), Men Open (18 years and above), Women Open (18 years and above) and Family (one adult and one child below 12 years).
Those interested can obtain the participation forms from SUPP Piasau office and the Bulatan Park runners and return it directly to the organiser upon completion.
The participating fee of RM20 for the junior category and RM40 for family should be paid upon submission of completed entry forms.
