LUXURIOUS EDITIONS: Photo shows the previous instalment of A Journey Through Time. This year, the event will showcase over RM1 billion worth of first-in-market editions of luxurious watches and jewellery pieces.
KUCHING: A Journey Through Time, Asia’s grandest luxury watch and jewellery showcase, will return to the Starhill Gallery for the seventh consecutive year, from November 22 to 29 this year.
A Journey Through Time VII will not only focus on the beauty and elegance of the watches, but highlight the craftsmanship, passion and artistry that goes into the creation of these items.
The exhibition of watches and exquisite jewellery will not be the only thing visitors have to look forward to with a range of planned activities lined up, including fashion parades, delectable cuisine and performances by New Zealand Pop-Opera trio Tre-Belle and Australia’s Got Talent 2009 winner, Mark Vincent.
A Journey Through Time VII will showcase over RM1 billion worth of first-in-market editions of luxurious watches and jewellery pieces. Appearing at the event will be such names as Rolex, Franck Muller, Richard Mille, Bedat & Co, Chopard, Van Cleef & Arpels, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Gubelin, Omega, Hublot, and Hermes and, using the glamorous occasion to introduce themselves to Asia, are renowned Italian jewellery brand, Damiani and the oldest jewellers in the world, Garrard, while Mouawad will be presenting their newly refurbished outlet.
Education will very much be a theme of the event with Swiss Auctions providing demonstrations by skilled and world-renowned Swiss watchmakers as well as providing over 200 of the world’s rarest timepieces for auction.
