Quality Solid Decorative HW door panels and frames will be used for the entrance to the house including the bedrooms, bathrooms, utility room and kitchen.
The windows of the house will also have green tinted glasses with powder coated finished aluminum frames.
In terms of the flooring, quality homogenous tiles will be used for the living room, dining room, kitchen, ground floor bedroom, utility room, yard, terrace, bathrooms, and balconies. As for the bedrooms on the upper floor including the family area, and staircase, the use of laminated flooring will enhance the comfort afforded by these homes.
Homeowners can expect to have brick walls plastered on both sides of their houses, with weather resistant paint on the external walls and emulsion paint for internal walls. In contrast, the kitchen and bathrooms will have ceiling height ceramic wall tiles.
