Online gamblers arrive at the Kuching district police HQ to have their statements recorded after they were detained by police during raids in Kuching, Padawan and Kota Samarahan on Tuesday night. Personnel from the state Anti-Vice, Gaming and Gangsterism Unit, or D7, raided cyber gambling outlets in the three districts and picked up more than 15 persons, including two women, as well as seizing some cash. The raids came following public complaints about the presence of such outlets in certain commercial shoplots.
