KUCHING: The newly refurbished DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (DiGi) store at Jalan Kulas boasts the first MyAndroid Hub in the state to further enhance the customers’ experience.
As the popularity of Android devices grows among Malaysians, DiGi head of Sarawak region Benny Wee, expressed his hope that the retail presence will meet their customers’ needs.
“Hopefully, the new retail presence, which provides the latest selection of Android devices, best internet plans and device expertise to help customers select internet plans and apps that best suit their lifestyles and minimize their device capabilities meets our customers’ Android needs.
“The new store has been designed with the customers in mind. Our focus has always been to make it easier for customers to enjoy a better mobile experience by tailoring our products and services to suit our customers’ specific needs,” Wee said at the launch of the newly refurbished store yesterday.
On hand to help customers are the ‘Geek Squad’, the in-store experts who provide before and after sales support for Android devices from helping customers choose the right devices to customising their devices as well as setting up accounts and recommending Android apps that best suit them.
Meanwhile, as part of their launch promotion, a Samsung Galaxy S5 will be available for RM999 for anyone who signs up for the Smart Plan RM108 or RM148 package from now until May 7 while stocks last.
There will also be discounts for accessories up to 25 per cent in the store until May 7.
