Appreciate BN govt for its contributions, Engkilili rep tells constituents

ENGKILILI: Sarawakians should be thankful to the Barisan Nasional (BN)-led government for setting aside RM30 billion for the state under Budget 2015.

Engkilili assemblyman Dr Johnical Rayong deemed the allocation as vital for improving the infrastructure in the state.

“So we must thank the BN-government and should continue to supportive it so that all allocations can be channelled smoothly for our development,” he said during a meet-the-people session at Rumah Sibat in Jelukong yesterday.

According to Rayong, the political environment here is very stable under the ruling coalition because it puts the people’s welfare and unity first.

“Continue supporting the BN government, and help it retain political stability for the sake of our future.”

At the event, Rayong announced an allocation of RM10,000 to Rumah Sibat’s security and development committee, and another RM5,000 for its women’s bureau.
